Cello Group plc26 September 2007 Cello Group plc (the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for 425,532 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIMmarket for listed securities ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to deferred vendorconsideration in respect of SMT Consulting Limited which was acquired by theCompany on 26 September 2006.
