Datacash Group PLC13 January 2005 Additional Listing 13 January 2005Datacash Group Plc (the 'Company') Datacash announces that 5,150 new ordinary shares of 1p each (the 'New OrdinaryShares') have been issued and allotted following an exercise of options by anemployee of the Company pursuant to the Unapproved Share Option Scheme. The NewOrdinary Shares were exercised at 41.66 pence per share. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank paripassu with existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM, andadmission is expected to take place on 14 January 2005.
