Additional listing

Homeserve plc. (the "Company") announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 400,000 ordinary shares of 2 9/13 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

The Shares will be issued pursuant to the HomeServe plc Sharesave Scheme and will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.

Admission is expected to be effective on 8th February 2016.
