Vodafone Group Plc09 May 2005 Vodafone Group Plc ("the Company") Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange for a total of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in thecapital of the Company ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. It isexpected that admission will be granted on 11 May 2005 and that dealings willcommence on 12 May 2005. These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as aresult of awards of matching shares pursuant to the Vodafone Share IncentivePlan. When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinaryshares.
