Application for Share Listing : Scrip Dividend

Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of 29,453 ordinary shares of 1p each to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities, pursuant to the Company's scrip dividend alternative.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and will commence trading at 8.00 a.m. on 16 May 2014.
