ADDITIONAL LISTING

Alpha Pyrenees Trust announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of 127,056 new shares of no par value to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange. These shares are issued in respect of the scrip dividend for the dividend period, 1 July 2010 - 30 September 2010. It is expected that Admission will become effective, and dealings in the new ordinary shares will commence, at 8.00 a.m. on 12 January 2011.
