SIG PLC31 May 2007 SIG plc (the "Company") Addition Listing Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London StockExchange for admission to the Official List for a block listing on 140,000Ordinary Shares of 10p each. These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares inissue, will be allotted pursuant to the exercise of options and to the rules ofthe following schemes:- SIG plc - Long Term Incentive Plan 140,000 ordinary shares of 10p each These shares will not be allotted immediately but as and when the scheme rulesallow.
