Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 1,750,545 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company to the Official List for these securities to be admitted to trading. The application has been made to satisfy obligations under the conversion of the 3.75% Convertible Bond due 2009. The application shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
