BBA Group PLC07 March 2005 Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for block listings totalling 38,000,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each totrade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List uponissuance. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares ofthe Company. The Block listings consist of 33,000,000 shares to be issued from theconversion of 6.75% Cumulative Redeemable Preference shares of £1 each, afurther 3,000,000 shares under the BBA Group Executive Share Option Scheme and2,000,000 shares to be issued under the BBA Group Share Appreciation RightsPlan.
