Flying Brands Limited11 August 2005 11 August 2005 FLYING BRANDS LIMITED Formal application has been made to the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") and theLondon Stock Exchange for the listing of 72,578 ordinary shares of one penceeach fully paid ("Ordinary Shares"), to trade on the London Stock Exchange andbe admitted to the Official List of the UKLA. It is expected that admission ofthese Ordinary Shares will become effective on 24 August 2005. These OrdinaryShares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares in theCompany. These Ordinary Shares are being issued to satisfy exercises of options under theCompany's share option schemes.
