It is expected that dealings will commence in the new Ordinary shares on Wednesday 26 October 2005. Following the exercise of share options the issued share capital of the Company will be increased from 46,241,556 Ordinary shares of 4p each to 46,253,056 Ordinary shares of 4p each.
