Numis Corporation PLC15 February 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Numis Corporation Plc ("Numis") Share options The Board of Numis announces that, on 14 February 2005, it approved the issueand allotment of 241,500 (0.24%) Numis shares to the Numis Employee Share Trustat a price of 41.4p per share.
