Assura Group Limited ('Assura')
Additional Listing: Amended Announcement
Pursuant to the placing announced on 7 October 2008, application has been made for the admission of 81,081,080 (not 80,810,080 as announced earlier today) ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of Assura ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to the Official List.
Assura has also made an application for the admission of 441,176 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List, pursuant to Assura's acquisition of Stream Partners Limited in October 2006.
It is anticipated that these shares will be admitted on 18 November 2008.
