Raven Russia Limited04 April 2007 This announcement replaces the Additional Listing announcement (RNS no. 2948U) released at 9.36am on 3 April 2007. The changes to the announcement are as follows: The shares will be admitted on 10 April and they are being issued to RavenRussia Property Management Limited, the Company's property advisor RAVEN RUSSIA LIMITED (the "Company") The Company announces that application has been made for 1,222,841 new ordinaryshares of GBP0.01 each ("New Ordinary Shares") be issued to Raven RussiaProperty Management Limited, the Company's property advisor to be admitted totrading on AIM. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with existingOrdinary Shares. It is expected that admission to AIM will become effective, and dealings in suchNew Ordinary Shares will commence, on 10 April 2007. In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6,following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's capital consistsof 425,886,552 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
