Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 21,942,218 ordinary shares of 10 pence to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares are being issued pursuant to the Company's Scrip dividend scheme.

These shares will rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
