The Company announces that it has today applied to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the listing of, in aggregate, 16,384 new ordinary shares of 18p each in Servelec Group PLC and for those shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.
111 of the new ordinary shares are being issued in respect of the exercise of options under the Company's SAYE scheme and the remaining 16,273 new ordinary shares are being issued by way of satisfaction of deferred consideration in respect of the previous acquisition of Aura Healthcare Limited.
All of these new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that admission will become effective and that dealings in these shares will commence on 18 January 2016.
