The Ordinary Shares have been allotted to employees who had requestedOrdinary Shares in the Company (in lieu of cash salary) as part of the employeeshare compensation programme for the period ended 31 January 2005. These sharesrank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares in theCompany.
