Pursuant to the Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) Senior Employee Share Purchase Scheme December 2006, June 2007, December 2007 and December 2008 grants, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 35,067 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 14th February 2011.
