Additional Listing Application

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 174,920 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in Aldermore Group plc ("the Company") to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares have been issued and allotted in connection with the Aldermore Group plc Share Incentive Plan. The shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Admission is expected to be effective on 30 April 2015.
