BTG PLC27 June 2006 BTG plc Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK ListingAuthority for a Block Listing of 1,226,268 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ofBTG plc to be admitted to the Official List. 1,136,493 shares are to be issuedin respect of the Issuer's BTG Employee Share Option Scheme; 89,775 shares areto be issued in respect of the Issuer's BTG SAYE Scheme. Application has also been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK ListingAuthority for a Listing of 2,763,507 ordinary shares of 10 pence each of BTG plcpursuant to the exercise of options under the BTG Employee Share Option Schemeand 10,225 ordinary shares of 10 pence each of BTG plc pursuant to the exerciseof options under the BTG SAYE Scheme. The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issuedordinary share capital of the company.
