For immediate release 4 March, 2005 TOTALLY PLC ("the Company") Additional Listing The Company is proposing to issue 11,000,000 new Ordinary Shares, in aggregate,to two private client brokers at 2.5p per share ("Placing Shares"), to raise ‚£275,000 before expenses ("the Placing"). The net proceeds of the Placing willamount to approximately ‚£265,000 which will provide continued working capitalto support the further development of the Company.It is expected that dealings in the said shares will commence on 9 March, 2005.END
