Pursuant to the Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) Senior Employee Matching Share Purchase Scheme ("SEMP") December 2007, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 6,153 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market.

These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 11th September 2012.
