Unite Group PLC07 April 2005 The Unite Group plc ("the Company") ----------------------------------- Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for 50,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected admission will be granted on 11 April 2005 and trading willcommence on 12 April 2005. These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of share options underThe UNITE Group plc Approved and Unapproved Company Share Option Schemes.
