SThree plc06 March 2007 Block Listing Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange Plc for a total of 2,000,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that admission will be granted on 7 March 2007 and that tradingwill commence from 8 March 2007.
