ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 3,974 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected admission will be granted on 15 May 2013 and trading will commence 16 May 2013.

These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of options pursuant to

The UNITE Group plc Approved Option Share Scheme.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
