Application for Share Listing : Scrip Dividend

Kier Group plc announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission to listing of 251,083 ordinary shares of 1p, to trade on the London Stock Exchange, pursuant to the offer of the Scrip Dividend Alternative. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and will commence trading on 4 May 2010.
