Unite Group PLC19 September 2007 The Unite Group plc ("the Company") ----------------------------------- Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for 933 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admittedto the Official List. It is expected admission will be granted on 21 September 2007 and trading willcommence on 24 September 2007. These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of share options underThe UNITE Group plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme.
