Additional Listing

Bovis Homes Group PLC

Application has been made for 314,538 Ordinary shares of 50 pence each in Bovis Homes Group PLC to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

These shares will be issued pursuant to the Bovis Homes Group PLC scrip dividend alternative in respect of the interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2011.

They will rank equally in all respects (including as to voting rights) with the existing issued Ordinary shares.

Dealings in the shares are expected to commence on 25 November 2011.
