Unite Group PLC05 July 2006 The Unite Group plc ("the Company") ----------------------------------- Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for 2,170 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected admission will be granted on 06 July 2006 and trading willcommence on 07 July 2006.
