HSBC Holdings PLC10 May 2007 HSBC HOLDINGS PLC FOURTH INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR 2006 SCRIP DIVIDEND ALTERNATIVE 113,970,472 Ordinary Shares of US$0.50 each have been issued by HSBC Holdingsplc to shareholders who elected to receive the scrip dividend alternative forthe fourth interim dividend for 2006.
