Burberry Group plc, announces that options have been exercised over 1,917,375 new ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares") under the Burberry Exceptional Performance Share Plan. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these Shares to be admitted to trading on LSE, which is expected to take place on 4th August 2011.
