Oak Holdings PLC10 January 2005 Oak Holdings plc Additional Listing The Board of Oak Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that it has receivednotice from 9 holders of Warrants in the Company (as further described in theAdmission Document sent to shareholders of the Company on 7 November 2003) thatthey wish to exercise, between them, a total of 119,147 Warrants. Each Warrantentitles a Warrantholder to convert it into one new ordinary share in theCompany at an exercise price of 2.38p. Application is being made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of thenew ordinary shares in the Company to trading on AIM, which is expected to takeplace on 14 January 2005.
