Pursuant to the Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) Senior Employee Matching Purchase Share Scheme ("SEMP") December 2006, December 2007, July 2008 and December 2008 awards, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 54,050 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 13 September 2013.
