Application for Listing

Ted Baker PLC announce that an application has been made to the United Kingdom Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 1,059,425 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to be admitted to the Official List and for these shares to be admitted to trading. It is expected that permission to admit the Ordinary Shares will be granted on 9 October 2013 and that admission to trading will occur on 10 October 2013.

These Ordinary Shares will be issued and allotted from time to time in connection with the Company's 2009 Value Creation Plan, Save As You Earn Schemes and 2013 Long Term Incentive Plan.

These Ordinary Shares will rank parri passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.
