Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities in respect of 417,438 Ordinary Shares of 3p each ("New Ordinary Shares").
The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue, are being issued in connection with the consideration due under the terms of the acquisition of Rudall Blanchard Associates Group Limited. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on 3 April 2009.
