Pursuant to the Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) the Senior Employee Matching Share Purchase Scheme ("SEMP") December 2006, the SEMP June 2007, the SEMP December 2007 and the SEMP July 2008 awards, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 30,087 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 16th July 2012.
