AGA RANGEMASTER GROUP PLC

AGA Rangemaster Group plc announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for the admission to the Official List and admission to trading of a block listing of 250,000 ordinary shares of 46¢â€¦¾ each.

These shares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options / awards under the following scheme / plan:

AGA Rangemaster Group 1994 Senior Executive Share Option 65,000 shares Scheme

AGA Rangemaster Group Long-Term Incentive Plan (1999) 185,000 shares
