Additional Listing

Application has been made to the High Growth Segment of the London Stock Exchange for a Block listing of 600,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each.

The Block listing consists of 300,000 shares to be issued under the Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) Scheme and 300,000 shares to be issued under the Company Share Option Plan. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
