Additional Listing

Application has been made for 608,523 Ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM, pursuant to the conversion of 608,523 B shares of 1 penny each to Ordinary shares of 1 penny each.

It is expected that dealings in these new Ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary share capital of the Company will commence on 31 December 2012.

For the purposes of Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company has 63,847,959 shares in issue, comprising 61,163,717 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each which are admitted to trading on AIM, and 2,684,242 B shares of 1 pence each which are not admitted to trading on AIM. All shares have equal voting rights
