Bank of America Corporation ("Bank of America") has made an application for 631,144,959 shares of its fully paid common stock, US$0.01 par value per share, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
The shares issued in connection with the merger of MBNA Corporation into Bank of America (which merger became effective on 1 January 2006). The listing particulars are dated 23 March 2007.
