easyJet PLC28 December 2005 easyJet plc ("the Company") Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange for 500,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admittedto the Official List. These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issuedpursuant to the easyJet plc Pre-flotation Share Option Scheme. All employees employed by the Company as at 31 July 2000 with 3 months minimumservice are participants in this share option scheme. It is expected admission will be granted on 29 December 2005 and that tradingwill commence on 30 December 2005.
