Pursuant to the Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) the Senior Employee Matching Share Purchase Scheme ("SEMP") June 2007 application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 698 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 15th August 2012.
