Meggitt PLC02 December 2005 Meggitt PLC Application has been made for the listing of 1,298,289 ordinary shares of 5peach fully paid ("shares") to the UK Listing Authority and for trading of theshares with the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that admission will begranted on 1 December 2005, and that dealings will commence on the followingday.
