Charles Stanley Group PLC29 January 2007 CHARLES STANLEY GROUP PLC ADDITIONAL LISTING Charles Stanley Group Plc (the 'Company') has been notified today that oneformer employee has acquired a total sum of 10,000 ordinary shares of 25 penceeach as the result of the exercise of an option under the Company's Save As YouEarn Scheme at a price of 96 pence per share; and one employee has acquired atotal sum of 3,527 ordinary shares of 25 pence each as the result of an exerciseof an option under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme at a price of 287 penceper share. Accordingly, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for theseshares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange fortrading. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of theCompany and dealings are expected to commence on Friday 2nd February 2007.Following admission the Company will have 42,354,832 shares in issue.
