Keller Group plc ("the Company")
Keller Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of securities to Trading and to the UK Listing Authority for admission of securities to the Official List for a block listing of 621,500 ordinary shares of 10p each.
These shares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Keller Group plc Performance Share Plan.
In addition, the Company has today announced that as at 31 December 2006 it held a balance of 2,520,661 ordinary shares under the block listing for the Keller Group plc Approved and Unapproved Company Share Option Plans ("the Plans"). The Company has today applied to the UK Listing Authority for 2,075,000 of these shares to be cancelled as they will no longer be required. This will leave an outstanding balance of 445,661 shares to be held under the block listing for these Plans.
