Additional Listing

The Company hereby advises that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for admission to the Official List, and to the London Stock Exchange plc for admission to trading, for a total of 625,328 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each. It is expected that the listing hearing will take place on 16 July 2018 and that trading will commence on 17 July 2018.

These shares are being issued to satisfy the exercise in full of an option granted under the DC Option Agreement as detailed in the Prospectus published on 13 November 2014.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
