Land Securities Group Plc18 April 2006 Land Securities Group PLC -------------------------- Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for 281,592 ordinary shares of 10p each ("shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected admission will be granted on 20 April 2006 and trading willcommence on 21 April 2006. These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of share options underthe Land Securities Savings Related Share Option Scheme (1,759 shares) and theLand Securities Executive Share Option Scheme (279,833 shares).
