In accordance with the London Stock Exchange Admission and Disclosure Standards, the Company hereby announces that an application has been made for 56,109 new ordinary shares in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 4 June 2021.

This application is being made in connection with the issue of shares to certain non-executive Directors in satisfaction of Directors' fees.

Following Admission, the number of ordinary shares the Company has in issue will be 54,239,453 of which 396,730 are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 53,842,723. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
