Application has been made for the listing of 5,266,704 ordinary shares of 5p each fully paid ("shares") to the UK Listing Authority and for trading of the shares with the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that admission will be granted on 3 July 2008, and that dealings will commence on the following day. The application is being made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash for the final dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2007. When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares.
A copy of the document dated 28 March 2008 regarding the Share Dividend Plan has already been submitted to the UK Listing Authority on 1 April 2008 and is available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
