SciSys PLC21 September 2007 Scisys plc 21 September 2007 The Board of SciSys plc (the "Company") announces that following their admissionto AIM by the London Stock Exchange on 20 September 2007, 2,822,366 ordinaryshares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company have been allotted to DrMeng GmbH & Co KG. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with theexisting shares of the Company. Following this allotment the total issued sharecapital of the Company has increased to 28,480,275 Ordinary Shares.
